It began in a family furniture business — where operations, people and margin weren't theory but the quiet architecture of the day. That shaped a mind that sees a company as one connected system rather than a collection of tactics.
Formal study in business followed, and a longer love affair with the pieces most founders overlook: communication, psychology, design.
